The primary isolate was cultured from a clinical nasal swab on 
VeroE6-TMPRSS2-ACE2 at Biosafety Level 3. 
This passage 4 viral stock has a titer of 1.18x107 TCID50/mL 
on VeroE6-TMPRSS2 cells. The viral stock has been sequence verified 
(complete genome). We have 125µl/vial aliquots, stored at -80C, available.
